If you are a home-brewer in town and are not familiar with us - take the time to get to know us!  We stock a full range of Malts including Weyermann, Breiss, Muntons, Simpson, Gambrinus, Malteurop, and Crisp.  For 2009 we are ordering Fresh NW Hops directly from Oregon's Philomath Valley (Due in Late October) to supplement our Imported hop selection.  Our Selection of yeast includes White labs liquid yeast, and a full selection of all types/brands of dry yeast.  Promoting brewers to make the switch to partial mashing and onto all-grain is important to us - we offer free classes on a regular basis for instruction.  We have a staff of 5 employees currently that can advise you on brewing at any time, see contact info for details!

 Feel free to call ahead for larger orders, it will greatly reduce your wait time if you are concerned about being "in line" or short on time.  We do not mind at all.
