If you are a home-brewer in town and are not familiar with us - take the time to get to know us!  We stock a full range of Malts including Weyermann, Rahr, Castle, Breiss, Muntons, Simpson, Gambrinus, Malteurop, and Crisp.  For 2011 we have increased our hop selection to 40+ varieties!  Our Selection of yeast includes White labs liquid yeast, and a full selection of all types/brands of dry yeast.  Promoting brewers to make the switch to partial mashing and onto all-grain is important to us - we offer free classes from time to time for instruction.  We have a staff of 5 employees currently that can advise you on brewing at any time, see contact info for details!

 Feel free to call ahead for larger orders, it will greatly reduce your wait time if you are concerned about being "in line" or short on time.  We do not mind at all.

Saturday: 11:00AM - 6:00PM

Sunday: 1:00PM - 6:00PM

2011 Football Saturday Closings: Sept 3rd, Sept 10th, Sept 17th, Oct 1st, Nov 5th, Nov 19th, Nov 26th.  If you need to pick up items during these days, call us beforehand.

December Holiday Hours:  Will be Open Some Mondays (Check FB for updates). Closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve Half Day, and Closed New Years Day.
